KMO is very pleased to offer this Annual Scholarship Program established by the founders of KMO who were also founding members of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Hawai’i. The Program supports the founders’ vision for the youth of Hawai'i to aspire to and reach their educational goals and become contributing members of our community.
